• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• At the player's request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonuses not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Kayaraya88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the kayaraya88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
